Common Issues
License validation failed
- Check your MT5 account number matches Discord activation
- Run
/activate ea:Grid account:<your_account>in Discord - Use
/statusto verify your activated account number - Check in your MT5 Allow WebRequest in Tools → Options → Expert Advisors
- Verify URL is added:
http://185.119.17.113:5050
EA not showing in Navigator
- Restart MT5
- Right-click in Navigator → Refresh
- Verify the
.ex5file is inMQL5/Expertsfolder
WebRequest error
Go to Tools → Options → Expert Advisors and ensure the WebRequest setting is enabled.

Check ✅ Allow WebRequest for listed URL.
Add the URL: http://185.119.17.113:5050
Click OK and restart MT5.
Connection timeout
- Check your VPS internet connection
- Verify the license server URL is correct
- Try restarting MT5
EA not trading
- Verify Algo Trading is enabled (green button in toolbar)
- Check the Experts tab for error messages
- Verify you're on the correct chart (XAUUSD, M1)
- Check if market is open
Invalid Login Error
Open the Toolbox panel at the bottom of MT5 and click the Experts tab. If you see "Invalid login" or similar authentication errors:
- Your MT5 password is incorrect
- Your MT5 account ID (e.g., 12345678) is wrong
The RaiseFX website login and your MT5 account credentials are NOT the same. Your MT5 account has its own login ID (e.g., 12345678) and password, which you can find or change in your RaiseFX dashboard under your MT5 account settings.
