How Filtred EA Grid Works
The Grid EA is based on a Grid Mechanism — a strategy that places multiple orders at predefined price intervals, creating a "grid" of positions.
- Entry: When the market moves in a direction, an initial position is opened.
- Averaging: If price moves against your position, additional orders are placed at regular intervals. Each new position typically uses a larger lot size to help recover losses faster.
- Recovery: With multiple positions at different price levels, the strategy calculates an average entry price. Price doesn't need to return to your original entry — just to a point where combined profit covers all positions.
- Take Profit: Once total profit reaches the target, all positions close together.
- Repeat: The cycle starts again with a fresh entry.
How Filtred EA Sniper Works
The Sniper EA opens a position before market close and exits on the first tick after market open to capture the gap.
Based on analysis, 75% of the last 1000 market opens resulted in an upward gap.
⚠️ Important — Read Carefully
This is not a guaranteed win rate. 75% over 1000 samples doesn't mean you'll win 7.5 out of 10 trades. You could get 10 losses in a row, or 10 wins in a row. It's statistics, not prediction.
Backtesting doesn't work properly with this strategy because of how gaps are handled in historical data. You'll need to forward test it.
⚠️ Critical Risk Warning
There is NO stop loss by default (but it's possible to set one in settings — you can use backtesting to find your own configuration). This means there is a possibility of losing your entire account.
Even if backtests show excellent results over years of historical data with no account bust, past performance does not guarantee future results. We cannot predict or protect against sudden, violent market moves.
Why Gold?
Gold (XAUUSD) is significantly more stable than cryptocurrencies:
- Much harder to manipulate due to its massive market size
- Price movements are generally more gradual with corrections
Compared to crypto: Cryptocurrencies can experience 20-50%+ drops or pumps within hours. Such violent moves would almost certainly bust a grid strategy. Gold rarely sees such extreme volatility — but it CAN still happen (flash crashes, major geopolitical events, black swan events).
The Golden Rule: The more liquidity (balance) you have relative to your lot sizes, the deeper drawdowns you can survive.
Risk Management Strategy (Recommended)
Withdraw profits — Don't let everything sit at risk.
Suggested Approach
- Set a monthly or bi-monthly profit target
- Once reached, withdraw your balance

Example Cycle
- Start with $2,000 + $2,000 bonus = $4,000 trading balance
- After 1-2 months, you've made $5,000 profit
- Withdraw $9,000 (everything)
